This is simply a beautiful and clever effect. The best part about sharing magic with friends is the reaction, especially when there is no logical explanation about what they experienced. This presentation leaves them completely baffled. It is a crafty and ingenious demonstration. I especially love the fact that spectators can handle the book, turn the pages, etc., without detecting the secret. It's brilliant!

I am obsessed with Magic Tricks of all kinds and although I am not a professional magician I like to perform them for friends and family. I purchase tricks all year long for my own enjoyment and probably spend several thousand dollars per year just on magic. I loved all 3 of these books. They are so clever and devious. No one will ever figure out what you are doing. The scarlet letter was particularly amazing. The way you can have them pick out a word on the first line and not just be locked into the first word was so clever. Also the option to pick a word off of an entire page on the other books was also amazing. There are just so many built in options that you can keep people guessing forever. I even fooled my teenage son and he has become great at discovering all of my secrets and messing up all of my tricks. He is my worst audience and he was floored when he picked the word off the page and I just knew it. I will have lots of fun with this. Over and over. I plan to use it at all of the financial classes I teach as a great intermission entertainment distraction.
